The easiest way to get new clients is to give away a lot of free stuff. There I said it. I know you must be cursing me at the back of your head and saying....is she mad? There is no way I can give away a lot of free stuff in my business. I will go broke!!!
I remember when I first started my coaching business, I would write down my goals, say my daily affirmations and set out being active every day to ensure my goals were being met. I did a 30 day, 60 day and 90 day goal and then I broke them down into actionable steps.
When was the last time you looked at your business plan? Many of us spent so much time writing a business plan when we first embarked on this entrepreneurial journey and put that final full stop and never looked back. If you were to go back to it now, have you actually followed what you set out to accomplish.
The market is so saturated with new businesses offering the same or similar services and we often asked by our clients how do they stand out. How do they let their voices be heard on a small budget? How do I ensure that people see me, my product or my service and how do I maintain my relevance. The answer is not simple but it is very doable.
When people talk about the freedom of being an entrepreneur, one of the things they always site is the freedom of working from home. They paint this picture of waking up whenever you want, not having to endure long commutes and not being hounded to attend mind numbing meetings that serve absolutely no purpose.
My vision board is my guiding light; the thing that spurs me on to keep on pushing till I achieve everything I want to achieve. My vision board is what I know I deserve. One thing I encourage my clients to do is create a vision board for their business. Everyone’s board looks different and is a reflection of the direction you want your business to grow and the ultimate outcome of all of your hard work.
At some point in our lives we have had to make this very difficult decision. When is the right time to leave a bad situation to make our lives a little bit better. It is never an easy decision, but if it is truly something that you desire as an entrepreneur then its something that you should plan properly for because you can never foresee what obstacles may come your way.
